Is there a freeware .mp3->.ogg batch conversion tool?

Hey folks,

I am looking for a tool to convert my mp3s into the more compact ogg
vorbis format. The tool should be able to convert this in a batch
operation, thus need no interaction from the user between two subsequent
files.

I have found some tools on the web:

but these are all commercial ;-(

Does anybody know a free tool having the required functionality running
on Windows or Linux?

Ok, I found a free one now: GXTranscoder (http://www.germanixsoft.de/)
does it (note that the Ogg vorbis support has to be installed extra)
